About
Vivian N. Millan joined Aparicio Immigration Law as an associate attorney in 2025. She primarily practices immigration law with a focus on removal and deportation defense and humanitarian immigration. Prior to joining our team, Vivian spent seven years at an immigration non-profit representing detained and released unaccompanied immigrant children in an array of matters, including asylum, special immigrant juvenile status, T-visas, and removal defense.
She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies. She received her J.D. from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she participated in the school’s family law clinic. Vivian is a native of Colombia and in her spare time enjoys spending time with her beloved cat, family, and friends; or trying new cuisines throughout the Chicago area.
