About

Chicago immigration attorney Victor Aparicio’s decision to practice immigration law was an unquestionable choice given that as an immigrant himself, he had a firsthand experience with the difficulties and complexities of the American immigration process. Born in Lima, Peru, Victor Aparicio immigrated to the United States in 2002 to further advance his education. He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy, Political Science, and Classical Guitar Performance from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona. Furthermore, he obtained his Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois.

In 2013, attorney Victor Aparicio decided to start his own practice with the mission of providing personalized and high-quality legal services to both individual and and corporate clients alike. Since starting his practice, attorney Victor Aparicio has represented thousands of clients in removal defense and family-based immigration matters.
