About
Sebastian Wright Garcia joined Aparicio Immigration Law as an associate attorney in 2024. He primarily practices immigration law, with a focus on family-based immigration, removal and deportation defense, and humanitarian immigration. Mr. Wright Garcia regularly practices before the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services, the Executive Office for Immigration Review, and has practiced in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Prior to joining Aparicio Immigration Law, Mr. Wright Garcia spent three years as an associate attorney at a local immigration firm.
Mr. Wright Garcia received his law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2021. During law school, he interned at the Resurrection Project and with the Chicago-Kent Immigration Law Clinic. Mr. Wright Garcia also volunteers with the Latino Organization of the Southwest (“LOS”,) where he provides consultations and participates in workshops. Finally, Mr. Wright Garcia is fluent in Spanish and is a first-generation Colombian immigrant.
