Rafael Burneo

Rafael is a Call Intake Specialist at Aparicio Immigration Law. He is the first point of contact for both new and existing clients, answering incoming calls, gathering important information, and directing them to the appropriate team member or department. With a calm and professional demeanor, Rafael helps create a smooth and welcoming experience for every caller.

Originally from Peru, Rafael lived in the United States for 18 years and studied in Orlando, Florida. He brings an international perspective and a deep understanding of the immigrant experience to the team.

Outside of work, Rafael enjoys playing soccer, running, and expressing his creativity through art and illustration. He also has a passion for travel and loves exploring new places whenever he gets the chance.
